Seneca college, el màs grande de Canadà ha sido reconocido internacionalmente en la industria de la animaciòn. Con un fuerte empuje en Canadà, Seneca ha preparado a animadores que han trabajado en peliculas como The Matrix, Spider Man, El señor de los anillos. En el año 2005 la academia de animaciòn fue acredora de un premio Oscar a un cortometraje animado.
Esta diseñado para dar a los estudiantes las habilidades para alcanzar el exito en la industria de animaciòn tanto tradicional como animaciòn computarizada.
Esta desarrollado para encontrar las demandas especificas de estudios de animaciòn y el curriculum se enfoca en el desarrollo de la creatividad individual usando tecnicas de animaciòn experimentales e innovadoras. El curriculum incluye: pre-produccion, caracterizaciòn, diseño, storyboarding, produccion, actuaciòn, animaciòn, post-producciòn, ediciòn, iluminaciòn .
Los graduados tendran la oportunidad de poducir en areas de entretenimiento, o cualquier area en la web, films, televisiòn y teatro entre otras muchas areas de inmersion actual de la animaciòn.
