Intensive Program (Total Immersion ):
We have two different schedules:
- Monday to Friday, 22 hours/ week
- Monday to Saturday, 26 hours/ week
- Classes are from 0830 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
In addition to the intensive course, we also offer:
- Business Spanish, 6 to 10 hours / week
- Medical Spanish, 6 to 10 hours /week (for healthcare
professionals/students only).
We have classes for all levels, with a maximum of 6 students per class.
There is an oral and written evaluation at the very first day in order
to fit the student in the right class.

Curriculum & Levels
CICC La Paz is a medium size school focused on personal attention to its
students.The maximum size of a class is 6 students.
Our total immersion Spanish curriculum is very complete and is given by
professional teachers. It includes conversation, vocabulary, grammar,
various video and audio support materials.
Fieldtrips, traditional fiestas, cultural events and, sometimes,
excursions, are also part of our curriculum and school activities.
Centro de Idiomas, Cultura y Comunicación (CICC) gives Spanish classes
to all levels, from pure beginner to advanced students.
We are teaching our own method which has received many very favorable
appreciations and comments from various pedagogues and teachers and ...
students.
A typical day at school:
The first day : you will start with a placement test in order to set up
the most appropriate plan of study for you. Because our classes don't
count with more than 6 students and usually less, it's possible to give
this kind of very personalized attention.
- 08.15 a.m.: the school opens and the teachers are preparing the last
details for your class.
- 08.30 a.m.: classes start, usually by reviewing the last day homework.
Then, the teacher will, with your active participation, introduce a new
lesson, normally a specific grammar point or any relevant structure of
the Spanish language. The teaching is always interactive , theory is
light and clearly presented.
- 10.00 a.m.: break time, time for a coffee (free), a small snack or to
eat a taco at the next corner.
- 10.20 a.m. : back to class. It's time for vocabulary, comprehension,
conversation, ,.... In a dynamic way, you will learn useful expressions,
common vocabulary and idioms; you will actively practice your Spanish.
- 11.20 a.m.: let's take a 10 minute break.
- 11.30 a.m.: time for conversation, class activitities, songs,
movies,... depending of your level, of course
- 1.00 p.m.: end of classes. You have one hour to catch the bus to go to
the beach! Don't forget to do your homework.
