It is a Language Centre mainly focussed on teaching Spanish as a second language, we usually receive students from all over the world, and group of university students. We usually offer homestay and volunteering as a part of a package for students interested in experiencing the culture. Extracurricular activities are offered such as jewelry, weaving, mexican cooking, ceramic.

We are the only school in town on its own building specially designed for teaching languages.
Our teaching method provides a more integrated, natural way of learning a language without textbooks. At Instituto Jovel we use all our own teaching material , which has been developed to perfectly complement our school's learning methods: stressing oral communication while, at the same time, presenting grammatical concepts.
On the first day we will evaluate your knowledge of the language to determine your level of ability. We provide a well-balanced mix of linguistic and cultural knowledge.
Breve Historia del centro
At Instituto Jovel, we have been teaching Spanish to students from all over the world since 1993 . We pride ourselves on our friendly and relaxed study atmosphere, and do our best to make your time with us as fun as it is profitable. All of our teachers are specially trained second language teachers, all Mexicans, but they all also speak fluent English, necessary sometimes to explain some concepts.
