It is my pleasure to report some of the benefits I have acquired since completing the Inner Awakening Meditation & Healing Program (IAM)
Physical Benefit: The deep breathing exercises have leveled my ever low blood pressure to normal. My physician could not believe when she checked. She thought her equipment was not working; she had to take me in the next room to verify that my blood pressure is normal!
Emotional Benefit: I can let go of negative thoughts more easily than before. I still have a long way to go, but I catch myself faster than before so I can change my thought patterns.
Mental Benefit: With a fast paced job, I have a monkey mind. The daily routine of Yoga breathing has enabled me to be present more often than ever before.
Spiritual Benefit: I have started meditating on regular basis.
I still have a lot to learn and improve upon. However, through the Inner Awakening Meditation & Healing Program (IAM) I have a renewed hope for all possibilities, and I will attain my purpose of inner peace, love and joy.
