ITIL® Service Design is a system for designing new or improving existing IT services. Our ITIL® Service Design training qualification is an engaging, accessible online course which takes you through each of the main processes of this system through video tutorials, practical exercises and online assessments. Broken down into bite-sized modules, you are introduced to each of these processes in turn, building your understanding of the ITIL® Service Design system step by step.

¿Qué objetivos tiene esta formación?

You will learn how to apply the ITIL® Service Design methodology to each stage of development, with a focus on a coordination, service catalog management, service level management, risk management, and compliance. You will also gain a broader understanding of project management in a digital development context, which can be applied to a range of careers across all business areas.

Requisitos: The ITIL® Service Design – Video Training Course is open to all, with no formal entry requirements. All you need is a passion for learning, a good understanding of the English language, numeracy and IT, and to be over the age of 16.
