The Academic Entry Route requires you to have an undergraduate degree from an approved institution equivalent to a UK Honours degree (or a relevant professional qualification). For both entry routes, if English is not your first language, your English ability should be equivalent to an IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0.

Programa académico

The Postgraduate Certificate Policing and Criminal Investigation is made up of the following modules and, upon completion, is equal to a total of 60 credits at Level 7.

Level 7 modules:
  • Complex Criminal investigations (20 credits)
  • Practical Psychology for Policing (20 credits)
  • Policing: Leadership, Policy and Partnerships (20 credits)

Upon completion of your PG Cert Policing and Criminal Investigation we offer the opportunity for you to progress on to study for  a PG Dip Criminology and Criminal Psychology (120 credits) or our full MSc Criminology and Criminal Psychology (180 credits).
