Also, they have been a very good catalyst for our enterprise continual improvement efforts over the past decade by their professionalism in presenting their observations during their audits. ABS QE also demonstrated their excellent training capabilities by imparting effective training to our employees on management systems.

Over the years, the audit operations group has worked with us to optimize audit duration and audit frequency. This was particularly important when some of our sites went from individual site certificates to becoming part of one overall business certificate. With the cooperation of ABS QE, we were able to cut audit duration and frequency in half.
